- I’m currently considering going to an out of hours gp because my ear infection is so painful.
- I love a lot of music (can’t listen to sound right now though!) - fav band is Placebo, but love many more.
- I will dip dye my hair green this weekend provided I’m better in time.
- I have an 8 year old border terrier called Bertie who I love more than anything else in the world.
- I love art and drama, and if I wasn’t at Cam doing HSPS I’d be studying something like History of Art/Set Design.
- I’m politically liberal/libertarian minded and probably overly idealistic despite being a raving cynic in most of my life.
- My farther is German, by mother is Scottish and I associate far more with their cultural heritage than my own.
- I was a silent child when I was younger, I literally didn’t speak to anyone. I’m still quite introverted unless I know you well enough, but normally my fashion choices speak far louder than my voice.
- Although I’ve spent my whole life in Cambridge, I always feel restless, sometimes I just have to go away with my boyfriend for a few days and then it’s okay. I just want to travel, to keep moving. In general I can never stay still for very long.
- I miss art, since being at Cambridge I haven’t done any drawing for myself. I need to start drawing again, it’s good for the soul.
It is actually quite amusing reading the Cambridge tag, most of the potential new freshers have no clue what kind of work load they’ve got themselves in for!
Good luck, Cambridge is amazing and can be great fun, but also incredibly draining and stressful!
Fuck it, I’m going to dip dye my hair green. Even if it is ‘sooo 2012’ or 'hipster’. I would go all over green but I actually love my natural hair colour and want to preserve it as best I can whilst still having other hair colours as well.
2014 is about being happy and accepting myself, warts and all. Green hair will make me happy, and I’m sure some people in College will hate it but who gives a toss. The only person’s opinion that matters is Henry, and he likes the idea, so why not!
